Neither fish nor foul nor good red meat

The Liberal Democrats have unveiled their election slogan: "Change that works for you, building a fairer Britain".

Only the Lib Dems could so blatantly pinch the slogans of the two main parties. Labour's slogan is "a future fair for all" and ours is "year for change".

Why not just be honest and have a slogan that says "We will say what Labour voters want to hear and then say what Tory voters want to hear"?

Anyone who votes for a Party whose leader boasts of the time when, as an MEP, he claimed the full fare for travelling to Brussels whilst buying the cheapest air tickets he could find, will get all that they deserve.

There's a reason why Nick Clegg is a multi-millionaire and it's got nothing to do with fairness (I'm sure there's some pun to be made about "fare-less" here, but cannot think of it).
