Last year when Miliband had a chance to deny rumours of a leadership bid he did it, properly. You can read about it here.
Compare that to this year's "denials". Hardly in the same league are they.
I wonder if David has the guts to actually wield the knife? I suspect not.

We few Black conservatives need Brown to stay in power. The coming economic collapse will hit us hard, and our community needs to be disabused of its almost religious leftism.
Brown - the architect of our economic policy for the last eleven years - can do that better than anyone. Watch him flounder, watch him protect the financiers and throw the poor to the wolves... That is his job, after all.
His selling our gold reserves for peanuts when Chancellor was but one example of his demonstrating his priorities and suitability for the top job.
what a nasty, uncaring attitude. You don't care who gets hurt as long as you get into power. I guess that is exactly why the community does not trust you and has an almost religious leftism. Who can blame them with thhe likes of you to destroy their lives.
Jimmy,
Milliband would do the damage Brown will, but more easily evade blame that attaches to both their fundamental crimes - supporting the phoney money system and its beneficiaries; and treating society, the nation, and our futures as bargaining chips in their power plays.
Brown would HAVE to answer for his role in the inevtiable collapse, whereas Milliband could claim clean hands.
