Has a certain ring to it I suppose. My old sparing partner for the Lewisham Mayoralty has received a Knighthood in the Queen's birthday honours.Although we have no seen eye to eye over many things I am genuinely pleased to see that he has been given this honour. If only so that I can call him Sir Steve at every possible occasion, I'm sure he'll love that!

I understand he is to be officially addressed as Knight Mayor!
This is the most unworthy man of a Knighthood as it is possible to be. He rarely gets back to people, and is a useless and uncaring Mayor. Someone should have a word with Queen Liz, she mistook him for someone who gives a monkeys about Lewisham.
