I just found out a couple of interesting, and I feel , linked points regarding the provision of water in the capital.
1. Thames water is owned by a German company.
2. A sizable percantage of the broken pipes in London are due to "War Damage" (BBC interview)
Is it just me who can see the obvious solution to to the funding issues relating to the replacement of these broken pipes?
