In this post I suggested that Tony Blair get on a negotiation course. It looks like he has missed the boat, in the summer he was saying that there would be no reduction on our EU rebate without substantial reform of the pernicious CAP. What he came back with was a reduction in our rebate and no reform of the CAP.

That is not good negotiation.

Must try harder next time. If there is a next time.
